I normally come here once a month to treat myself because I absolutely love their coffee. I will generally get a bakery item and never had a problem with packaging but today the packaging was just horrible. The bread was inside a bag that kept falling apart and little pieces spread all throughout my car. It was so fragile like they cooked it or something please upgrade your packaging. They used to have plastic containers that worked perfect perfectly.

The coffee itself is strong and full‑flavored, I’ll give them that. But the food is a whole different story. It doesn’t taste freshly made at all, and to make things worse, they’ve taken the croissant sandwich off the menu, so there are even fewer decent options now. We’ve been there three or four times, and every single time we’ve waited over 20 minutes for food, no exaggeration. Today was the final straw: my order and two other clients’ orders were completely lost. When the food finally came out, there were no names on the bags, and they almost got picked up by someone else behind us. There were at least 8 staff members behind the counter, but the service was chaotic and painfully slow. Total lack of organization. I’m not coming back, and if you’re in a hurry, I’d strongly advise you to go elsewhere. Plenty of other cafes at the same price point serve equally good coffee with much better service.

Kevin and I always enjoy coming to Makenna Koffee Company in Valencia this location has such a fun, high energy vibe that makes it a lively spot to grab coffee! If you’re looking for a popular coffee shop in Valencia with a younger, social atmosphere, this is definitely the place. That said, weekends and mornings can get very busy. The line often stretches into or out of the lobby, and we’ve waited about 10–15 minutes to order and another 15–30 minutes for drinks. Totally understandable though it’s a fast paced and very popular spot. If you’re in a rush, this might not be the best quick stop. But honestly.. the drinks make it worth it. Everything we’ve tried has been delicious on the sweeter side, super flavorful, and consistently well made. My personal favorite is the Maui Matcha Chiller smooth, refreshing, and just hits perfectly. Kevin loves trying different drinks, and we haven’t had one we didn’t enjoy. The café itself is beautiful inside, and the outdoor seating is just as aesthetic. Went in on a Sunday morning and it was absolutely packed. Parking was a nightmare. So much so, that I ended up ordering online and just returning to pick up. It was definitely worth it. My latte was fresh, packed with flavor, and devoured in no time. The place was still packed when I walked in, but everyone working was very friendly, I was greeted and directed to the pick up shelf in the corner. Highly recommend, just maybe not at the same time as church.

I’ve passed by this place many times on the main road and it always looked pretty quiet, but when I stopped by around lunchtime on a Saturday, it was actually much busier than I expected. The inside is smaller and more cozy than it looks from the outside, but they have a large patio area, which was really nice for sitting and enjoying drinks comfortably. I ordered a mango smoothie and an iced Americano, and both came out pretty quickly. The drinks were just okay, nothing special. The staff was friendly and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.
